FIRSEC Group commenced operations in 2025 with the intention to ensure businesses feel supported throughout their hiring processes, as well as giving applicants the confidence that they are working with a trusted employer. The mission that drives FIRSEC Group is that hiring staff should be a simple process, whether it be casual staff for peak periods or for more permanent solutions. We use the virtues of Justice, Courage, Compassion, Respect, Honesty, Honour and Loyalty as the foundation of our businesses core values.
Our Director Ben Shafibeigli understood that community and business can work hand in hand on his trip to the Phillippines in 2010, where he saw large corporations offer not only funds, but infrastructure to the less fortunate. This prompted his initial tertiary education in a Bachelor of Criminology at the University of New South Wales, and eventually starting his career in Agency recruitment. Throughout that time, Ben worked for many respected names in their industry. At Michael Page he achieved the Rookie of the Month award, Temp Consultant of the Month award and their Platinum Club and assisted the growth of their Blue Collar division led by Aaron Bambrick. During his time working with Ikea, he recruited a large volume of people for their peak Christmas period, as well as recruiting for roles such as staff within Graphics Communication, Visual Merchandising and other specialist roles within Retail, whilst being a part of the Refugee Workforce Inclusion Programme led by Harriet Pope. Whilst working with Holcim he was able to attain knowledge in recruiting within both Mining and Building Materials and recruited for their Quarries, Concrete Plants and Precast Facilities nationally. In that time he had successfully recruited staff from entry level to senior leadership roles. He also attained qualifications in Drug and Alcohol Testing, and most recently in Risk Management, HR Essentials and a Certificate 4 in Safety to tie together the practical knowledge he attained throughout his career.

Benjamin Shafibeigli
Benjamin Shafibeigli has been partnering with businesses for 10 years across a variety of industries, mostly through working with agency and similar recruitment partners. After studying a Bachelor of Criminology, Ben started working within agency recruitment, specialising in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Transport and similar industries.
During this time, he was able to gain experience in Business Development through Key Account Management, Compliance through completing Site-based Safety Audits and completing mandatory compliance checks. Lastly, he has an understanding in how a positive workforce culture can provide commercial benefits that employers are now understanding are key to driving efficiency.
