About Us

FIRSEC Group commenced operations in 2025 after our Director Ben Shafibeigli saw a change in recruitment processes since his commencement in the industry in 2015. The intention of starting FIRSEC Group was to ensure businesses feel supported throughout their hiring processes, as well as giving applicants the confidence that they are working with a trusted employer. The mission that drives FIRSEC Group is that hiring staff should be a simple process, whether it be casual staff for peak periods or for more permanent solutions.

The introduction of Automation in these processes have added another layer between potential talent and the employer, mainly as there is an inability for these systems to integrate other metrics that may be of importance to employers. Those hiring may not have access to a candidate with skills that are beyond the keywords these systems are searching. Applicants may not see your job due to how they are searching for work, and a simple misunderstanding with expectations from the application stage will occur.

The way we have built our knowledge of what ‘good’ looks like in recruitment includes a customer focused mindset, rather than one that is driven purely by the result, that being, ‘filling a role’. Our understanding of a successful recruitment journey means that the person hired has a clear understanding of your companies future goals, as well as how they are personally adding value to your company. Safety and Compliance

While incidents can happen, FIRSEC Group will ensure it employs people who have a ‘Safety First’ mindset. We do this throughout the interview process, and if someone doesn’t display this attribute, we won’t hire them. We will align with companies who agree that their intention for their staff is provided with a safe workplace. Depending on the role, we may also as to do a site inspection so as to provide feedback to the applicant that they are working for an employer who has safety at the forefront as well.
